What is Bookniapp?

Who is it for?
Any business that works with bookings, appointments, classes or events: hair salons, barbershops, beauty centers, nail salons, tattoo studios, clinics (dental, physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology, veterinary, aesthetic medicine), nutrition, gyms, personal trainers, yoga and pilates studios, language and dance academies, driving schools, accounting firms (gestorías), notaries, massage, spa and many more.

Does Bookniapp charge a commission per booking?
No. Bookniapp is a single plan of €30/month per business, with no per-booking commission and no per-employee charges.
Is Bookniapp a marketplace?
No. Each business gets its own booking page and keeps the direct relationship with its clients. You do not compete against other businesses inside a shared app.
Can Bookniapp manage classes or events?
Yes. Beyond individual appointments, it supports recurring classes with student sign-up and capacity control, and lets you create events your clients can join online.
What devices does Bookniapp work on?
On iOS, Android and a web app for PC/Mac. You manage your schedule from any screen.
Do my clients need to download an app to book?
No. Your clients book from your public page with a simple link, without installing anything.
Does Bookniapp send automatic reminders?
Yes. It sends automatic push and email reminders before each appointment to reduce no-shows.
Can I test Bookniapp before paying?
Yes. Bookniapp is currently fully free until June.
What will pricing be starting in July?
Starting in July, Bookniapp will move to one single €30/month plan per business, with no additional fees and no complicated tiers.

How are customer details handled?
The architecture is ready for secure data handling, access control, and compliant policy implementation.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Account settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent: your personal data is erased and any records we must keep for legal reasons are anonymized.
